Many people confuse stress and anxiety – they have the same symptoms. The difference? Stress is always related to a specific situation. And it’s a meta-physical reaction to many things you feel are outside of your control. The thing is, stress doesn’t need to exist. So during a Stress Management Session you can expect to: - Discover the cause(s) of your stress right now - Develop techniques to minimize stress and the impact it has on your physical and mental condition - Create habits that help you pro-actively overcome stressful situations (multiple-sessions)
Any cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to your planned session start time will result in 100% of your session fee being retained. Any cancellations made less than 72hrs, but more than 24 hours prior to your planned session start time will result in a % of your session fee being retained. All sessions cancelled with 24 hours, or more, notice will be fully refunded.
